Without any warning, our payment provider Plimus decided to “ban” all forex products. While we are not sure what the real reason behind this rather suspicious action is, we got caught by surprise, as many other fx vendors did as well.
We also got locked out of our account and received an email stating our ‘account is now under review for the next 30 days’. We don’t accept this of course and we’re already in talks with new payment providers. We got screwed over big time by Plimus, and we’re investigating the legality of Plimus’ actions.
Please do not purchase any forex products via Plimus, as you might not get the product or response from the vendor (let alone a refund), as they might be locked out as well.
All sales for Kangaroo have been halted while Ozzie and I look for a new reliable payment provider. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for a little patience.
