Now I'm a disappointed: I do not have a credit card my bank does not support giropay and paypal is only offered to us citizens.......
I'm not able to purchase :-/
Is it possible to allow paypal also to European citizens?
Otherwise I can't purchase which really would be too bad.....

You can still use Paypal no matter where you are. Paypal will do the conversion from your local currency to USD for payment.
